Blind XMess is a collection of Christmas plunderphonic pieces & elements recorded over the last decade. Most were used for performances in Squidco's Hooked on Sonics series, particularly XMess concerts drawing on the 910 Noise community.

The introductory piece is inexplicable. The 2nd & 3rd plunder works are from the aforementioned performances. New for 2023 is "21 Nights of Silence", a process piece using 21 different popular recordings of "Silent Night", focused on the opening line, each panned across the 180º listening spectrum. It is augmented with two sets of electronically altered Christmas bells.

CHANGES To blind was borne in Syracuse, NY in the mid 1980s. Originally the trio of Phil Zampino, Mortimer deSquid ,& Heraldo deSquid. Wires & boxes were dragged about & throttled, moving to Manhattan in 1992 as improvisation crept into the mix. Now in Wilmington, NC the current state of affairs involves exposition, as CHANGES TO blind airs its dirty underdrawers for the listener's disdain.
